Mosquito Hawk Fiction

Ok... so there are an abundance of mosquito hawks in Houston these days and there was one in my house the other night that was flying right next to a mosquito... And for the first time in my life, it dawned on me. Do mosquito hawks really eat mosquitoes? NO! It is the most idiotic idea that anyone has ever had... The things have this little tiny mouth and you would think, even if they did kill mosquitoes, that I would have surely witnessed it before in 26 years of life. So... I had to look it up online.
