Texas Wildlife and Wildflowers

Here we are at the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo last Saturday (March 22nd)... Shelby had a great time. She wasn't all that impressed with the animals but you should have seen her when she discovered the big tractors! She was in heaven! One funny thing she did though was show the real chickens the little 3-D chicken that was on her dress. She was pointing to it like "Hey guys- look, it's one of you".... LOL We had such a good time with Grandma Sue. Then Sue took us to her favorite patch of wildflowers near Memorial Park (where she walks every day) and we took pictures of Shelby in the bluebonnets. It was the perfect spring day in Houston!
